We are not here to fill positions – our aim is to find the best possible match between candidates and companies.

We believe that, due to our extensive work experience in the multinational companies on the Serbian and West Balkan markets, we can achieve outstanding results in selecting adequate candidates who will long term fit into the culture of Your company. We have a deep knowledge and understanding of the market, the different functions and how they fit together. We can also assess the level of competencies of the individuals, especially in the areas of sales and distribution, logistics, trade marketing and purchasing.


How do we proceed in our selection and recruitment projects?


Below is a full range of services we are able to offer in a quality way. Your individual package can contain some or all of them, depending on your needs and expectations.
  1. Obtaining a full understanding of the needs of Your company and the requirements for each position – we offer to spend a number of hours in the actual work place of the future employer in order to feel the atmosphere and the expectations – cultural fit of candidates' profile and the future working environment is crucial for a long term success.
  2. Preparing and publishing add that will attract candidates of a desired profile
  3. Screening and selection of applications
  4. Tests created by our agency with the aim to check the capacity of candidates in general areas (priority setting, ability to work under pressure, basic mental capabilities...)
  5. Professional interviewing with assessment – up to three rounds, all done by certified interviewers, each with minimum 200 interviews conducted; each interview covering targeted areas with grades and structured comments in each area;
  6. Psychological screening and profiling
  7. Testing technical skills of the candidates (IT literacy, languages...)
  8. Case studies/workshops aimed at evaluating the behavior of top candidates in an environment close to a real-work one, such as ability to work within a team, solve problems, take initiative, demonstrate leadership, react to stressful situations
  9. Providing the client with either a full or a short list of selected candidates
  10. Our assessment of each candidate – characteristics, expectations, potential risk areas
  11. Quality guarantee for our recommendation
Time-line
We usually execute such searches in 3 to 5 weeks, from the placement of the ad, to the final interviews of top candidates with the client.


Fee
As each Client has specific needs, we prefer not to offer a standardized price list. Instead, after the first discussion with you, we prepare an individual custom-made offer to meet your needs.
