How do we proceed for executive search projects?
- Establishing search strategy - together with the Client, we define objectives, requirements and possible limitations regarding search criteria for that position
- Looking into the current data base (over 200 mid and top managers currently)
- Additional discreet search through the numerous contacts obtained during our work in the multinational environment
- Reference check
- Providing the Client with a short list of recommendations, together with the characteristics, expectations and potential areas of concern for each candidate.
- Optionally: conducting a test and/or individual case study to double check the references
- Facilitating the interview between the client and the top candidates
Fee
As each Client has specific needs, we prefer not to offer a standardized price list. Instead, after the first discussion with you, we prepare an individual custom-made offer to meet your needs.
